Scope

This Usage Policy (Acceptable Use Policy) governs access to and use of the Project Atlas PH website, application, data, and APIs (the “Service”). By accessing the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Authorized use

The Service is provided to authorized accounts for internal business decision-making — evaluating store locations, coverage, demand, and routes. You may use the outputs of the Service within your organization for those purposes.

Prohibited uses

The compiled data and content in Project Atlas are our proprietary work product. You may not, and may not permit or assist any third party to:

  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, spider, or otherwise systematically extract data or content from the Service by automated or manual means.
  • Copy, export, mirror, cache, or store the dataset (or a substantial part of it) outside the Service, except for the data your account legitimately exports through provided features.
  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or make the data available to any third party.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with authentication, rate limits, or any security or access-control measure.
  • Access the Service through another person’s credentials, or share your credentials with others.
  • Use the Service to build, train, or benchmark a competing product or dataset.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying data models or methodology.

No unauthorized data scraping

Automated collection of data from this website or application is expressly prohibited. Our data is a curated, proprietary compilation, protected as our intellectual property. Unauthorized scraping or extraction is a breach of this policy and of applicable law, and we reserve the right to pursue all available remedies — including account termination, technical blocking, and civil and criminal legal action — against anyone who attempts it.

Intellectual property

Underlying open datasets remain the property of their original sources and are credited on the References and Library pages. The selection, arrangement, scoring, enrichment, and presentation of that data within Project Atlas — together with the software, design, and content — are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright and related rights.

Account responsibilities

  • Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable Philippine and international law.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, to protect the Service and its data. Violations may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
